Shipping, Returns & Refund Policy

We aim to dispatch all of our orders within 1-2 business days.

Shipping & delivery time is around 1-3 business days.

Free shipping is offered on all of our products.

We sincerely apologise if you are unhappy with your purchase and set out the scope of our refund policy below.

We will offer a full refund on unused products if you are not satisfied with your purchase and you return the item in the same condition within 30 days. Just email our customer support rep Charlie@tervo.co.uk for guidance.

Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail, within two days, whether you are entitled to a refund or a replacement. If you are entitled to a replacement or refund, we will replace the product or refund the purchase price, using the original method of payment, within three days.

If our customer support team deem that you should be refunded, we will provide you with the shipping address. 

Refunds do not include any shipping and handling charges shown on the packaging slip or invoice, unless the product is defective. Shipping charges for non-defective returns must be prepaid and insured by you. You are responsible for any loss or damage to hardware during shipment. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Any amounts refunded will not include the cost of shipping.
